LiveSantaCalls.com is presented by two professional children's entertainers who also work full time as our virtual Santas. We ask for your patience in all customer service matters. We do respond to all user inquiries and we will work hard to make Christmas magical!
By booking, you agree to the following:
1. Please notice the "Our Time / Your Time" widget below and make sure "Your Time" is set correctly to your time zone. The timeslots will then display in your local time.
2. Your visit will begin WITHIN FIVE MINUTES of your reserved time slot. Santa makes every effort to be right on time.
3. Visits are conducted on a secure virtual visit platform (a bit like zoom). This platform is web based so there's nothing to download. You will get a visit link at the registered email address no later than the night before your visit date. You must use a TABLET OR COMPUTER with a web browser. Do not attempt to use a phone or cast to a television, as this usually results in technical issues. We are not responsible for technical difficulties if you use a phone or cast to a TV. You MAY share the link with loved ones who can watch your visit from a waiting room.
4. If Santa is not available for the day and time you'd like to choose, try another date or go back to our home page to choose another Santa.
5. DO NOT MISS YOUR VISIT TIME. We make every attempt to preserve Christmas magic, but there are only so many hours until Christmas and we cannot guarantee any rebooking for missed visits.
6. IMPORTANT: The pricing and services at LiveSantaCalls.com are for one household and the children of that household per call. Schools, companies, social clubs, etc should NOT BOOK using this website. Please direct your inquiries to info.livesantacalls@gmail.com for special pricing. Again, if you are not booking for a household for your own children, please stop here and email us.
